Road Improvements
The HCDA is continuing its progressive District-wide program to improve and enhance Kakaako's infrastructure system. Completed improvements to the District's roadways and utility systems are being enjoyed by the visitors, merchants, landowners and residents of Kakaako. The improvements are also facilitating the redevelopment of Kakaako.
