The first affordable rental housing project built in Kaka‘ako, Kamakee Vista was developed jointly by HCDA and the Housing and Community Development Corporation of Hawaii (HCDCH).  Located on land bounded by Kawaiahao, Kamakee and Queen Streets, the complex features 225 affordable rental apartments, a recreation deck and community area, 28,200 square feet of commercial space and the new KCAA Muriel Pre-School.  For more information, call (808) 594-0121.
Keola Lai at 600 Queen Street
A&B Kakaako LLC (A&B) developed this mixed-use residential/commercial high-rise complex at 600 Queen Street. The project is located on a 2.7-acre site at the intersection of Queen and South Streets and is diagonally across from the recently completed Honolulu Fire Department Headquarters.
