The Hawaii Community Development
Authority (HCDA) consists of 18 voting members, 13 of whom vote on
issues related to Kaka'ako and Kalaeloa, and five of whom vote only on
Kalaeloa matters. The members are:

**The Kalaeloa members shall be considered in determining quorum and majority only on issues relating to Kalaeloa and may vote only on issues relating to Kalaeloa.

The Authority meets every first Wednesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. unless otherwise stated. The meetings usually take place in HCDA's Kaka'ako office at 461 Cooke Street, Makai Conference Room.
